Kashrut & Quality
All dishes are prepared in a fully kosher, dairy-free kitchen, adhering to high standards of kashrut and ingredient selection. Poultry is Mehadrin, and all meat is Halak Glatt Rabbanut. All vegetables are carefully checked.
The kitchen operates under the supervision of Rabbi Dr. Jonathan Lieberman.
